Transport Scotland short-list four to bid for a £50m design contract to dual part of the A96.

The design consultancies AECOM, Amey/Arup, CH2M/Fairhurst JV, and Mott MacDonald/Grontmij have been invited to tender for the design work for the Western section of the A96 Dualling programme – a 29-mile stretch between Hardmuir and Fochabers.
To be awarded later this spring, the major contract is expected to bring investment and improvements to the Highlands and North-East of Scotland.
